Chegg ships textbooks from its warehouse in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. This is very close to UPS's Worldport air hub facility, which cuts down on shipping time. Your package will arrive in a bright orange Chegg box. The expected arrival date of your textbooks will be stated on your order confirmation, and Chegg guarantees arrival no later than that day. If they do arrive later than stated, they will refund your shipping cost and ship you an additional copy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the physical book you receive, or if you wind up not needing it, you may return the book to Cheggs.com. It must be in the same condition it was when it was shipped, and it must be returned within 21 days. We provide a prepaid UPS shipping label for returns, and it can by printed out in the "My Account" section of the website. You can drop off the package at any UPS location. Shipping costs are prepaid, and $5 per book is taken out of your refund, with a maximum of $10 shipping per box. There are no hidden fees involved with returns.

If you purchased or rented a digital book that you are not happy with, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. You may also cancel any classes you don't need. Just go to the "My Account" page and follow the directions for returns. Absolutely no digital returns are accepted after 14 days. If you return a digital book and then buy or rent it again, no return will be available on that book.
